- Yes. All artworks are original and verified
- Each purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity (signed by the artist for originals)
Will I receive an invoice?
- Yes, every order includes a proper invoice
- GST is included for purchases within India
Can I negotiate the price?
- Yes. You can use the “Make an Offer” feature
- All offers are subject to artist approval
Are artworks signed?
- Most artworks are signed by the artist
- Signature details are usually visible in the artwork image
- (May not apply to some sculptures)
How is the artwork shipped?
- Paintings are usually shipped rolled in protective tubes
- Framed or sculptural works are securely packed in crates
- Professional packaging ensures safe transit
How long does delivery take?
- India: 7–10 business days
- International: 15–20 business days (subject to customs)
Are shipping charges included?
- No. Shipping is calculated separately based on artwork and destination
- Final cost is shared after order placement
Will I have to pay customs duties?
- India: GST included (no extra duties)
- International: Duties/taxes (if applicable) are to be paid by the buyer
Can I track my order?
- Yes. Tracking details are shared once the artwork is dispatched
What if the artwork arrives damaged?
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
- Please contact us immediately for assistance
Can I commission a similar artwork?
- Yes. We can help you commission artworks from your preferred artist
Is what I see online accurate?
- We aim for accurate representation
- Minor variations in color/texture may occur due to screens and handmade nature
