Why We Accept Resale Art

Artworks carry value beyond their first acquisition. Over time, collectors may wish to re-home a significant work—whether due to changing spaces, evolving collections, or life circumstances. At RASACANVAS, we recognize this natural lifecycle of art.

We accept resale artworks to support responsible, transparent circulation of original art, while maintaining the same standards of authenticity, documentation, and care that define our primary collection.

Our resale program is highly selective and focused only on artworks by known or well-documented artists. Each submission is carefully reviewed for authenticity, condition, provenance, and presentation before being considered for listing.

By facilitating resale:

Collectors are offered a trusted, curated platform to responsibly place artworks back into circulation

Buyers gain access to significant works with verified authenticity and clear documentation

Artists’ legacies are respected through accurate representation and ethical handling

RASACANVAS does not operate as a trading marketplace. We act solely as a facilitating gallery—ensuring clarity, discretion, and accountability throughout the resale process.

This initiative reflects our belief that art should move with integrity, not speculation—and that every artwork deserves to be represented with context, care, and respect.
