Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is considered accepted only after payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or modify orders due to errors, availability issues, or suspected misuse

Once accepted, orders are subject to our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

Artworks are sold for personal collection or professional interior and décor projects. Any resale, reproduction, or commercial use beyond installation for a client space requires prior written consent from RASACANVAS Art Gallery.

At RASACANVAS ART GALLERY, many artworks listed on the website are original and unique pieces created by artists. Due to the nature of these artworks and factors such as availability, artist pricing, and logistics, prices may not always be displayed publicly on the website.

Customers can request the price of an artwork using the “Request Price” option available on the product page. After receiving the request, our team will review the inquiry and share a quotation with the customer.

Payment is processed only after the customer reviews and agrees to the quoted price.

Where prices are displayed, they are listed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, or international taxes.
• Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout (for customers within India).
